Unlimited. Come every day to our Athleto Pilates classes. For clients who plan on embracing their Pilates fitness journey and are serious about getting fit

2 Athleto classes per week. Clients who attend at least two classes per week typically see results quicker than anticipated and develop a thorough understanding of core Pilates fundamentals
1 Athleto class per week. It is the perfect choice for clients who want to begin building and maintaining a solid Pilates foundation. Or for clients looking to supplement an existing training program

Private Sessions
We offer private sessions on Balanced Body equipment. Get personalized one on one training from our top-notch instructors.
