Guest Policy
Can I bring a guest to class?
Yes! Guests must be new each visit. Your guest allowance depends on your membership tier (see above). Repeat guests need to purchase a class.
Do guests need to register or complete waivers?
Yes, all guests must complete a waiver. Digital waivers are preferred, but paper copies can be filled out on-site before class starts.
Can teen members bring friends?
Any teen member who brings a friend to a Teen Reformer class can earn a free class, but they must attend a teen class first. If the friend purchases a teen class pack, the teen member earns a free class.
How do guest visits affect my membership?
They count toward your monthly guest allowance. Extra guests must purchase a class.
Do guests need to book in advance?
Yes, include them when booking to secure their spot. Waivers must be submitted before or on the day of class.
Class Booking & Waitlist
How do I reserve a class?
Create an account online or in the app. Book classes directly online, through the app, or by contacting the studio. Confirmation emails are sent once your spot is secured.
What if a class is full?
Join the waitlist.
- If pulled into the class, late cancellations or no-shows are penalized per your membership type.
- If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email. Please note, if you are pulled into the class and “no-show” or late cancel; a penalty fee will apply. If you know you cannot attend a class you are waitlisted in, please kindly remove yourself so the next member on the list has a chance to join.
- If removed from the waitlist less than 12 hours before class without being pulled, no penalty applies.
How do I cancel or freeze my membership and/or class cancellation policy?
- Freeze: $25/month, requires 30-day notice, up to 3 consecutive months/year, full-month increments, past-due accounts cannot be frozen.
- Cannot freeze within the first 3 months of any membership contract.
- Membership Cancellation: Via email with a 30-day notice (must have fulfilled 3-month commitment)
- Class cancellation: Available online or through the mobile app. Subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy
Special Classes
What is the In-Studio Streamed Reformer?
A full-length, pre-recorded session led on-screen in-studio with the use of our reformers led by one of our instructors, giving you a body to follow and expert cues to guide your form. Just as effective as a live class! A team member is always present to ensure safety and smooth execution. First streamed class is free!
Studio Info & Etiquette
What should I bring?
Grip socks are required for safety purposes (available for purchase at the studio). Bring water if desired.
Where do I park and enter?
Parking is located in the back of the studio. When you pull in, you’ll notice the driveway forms a loop — please follow the circle around to find a spot so the flow isn’t blocked for other cars. Once parked, enter through the back sliding door.
When should I arrive?
At least 5 minutes before class. You have until 10 minutes to arrive after class starts; otherwise, your spot may be given up.

How Do My Bronze and Silver Memberships Work?
-
Q: Do I have to stick to a set schedule, like once or twice a week?
Nope! Your classes are flexible within each cycle. That means you can use them however you’d like — once a week, twice a week, or even double up in one week if your schedule allows. -
Q: Can I carry over unused classes to the next cycle?
Each cycle resets and classes do not roll over, so we encourage you to use all your classes before the new cycle begins to get the most out of your membership! -
Q: What if I want to upgrade or add more classes?
You can upgrade your membership or add single classes anytime — just chat with our front desk or reach out through email.
