
Meagan
Meagan has 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates training, including TRX suspension integration, and teaches all levels on most apparatus. She fell in love with Pilates while living in California when she started her own journey with the method while recovering from back to back C-sections. Never a fan of traditional gym (or any other) workouts, but a lifelong athlete, she was immediately drawn to the steady tempo and attention to detail of Pilates methodology, as well as its effectiveness in strengthening and stabilizing the small muscles surrounding areas of previous injury, to help avoid further complications. Her teaching style samples classical Pilates theory and exercises with a bit of a contemporary twist. Meagan’s goal is to help clients achieve and maintain a stronger self, in both body and mind, through purposeful breath and movement.
