About Us
Welcome to Athleto Pilates!
Welcome! I'm Athleto studio owner and instructor Kyla Scott. My teaching style is contemporary with a bit of classical Pilates and a lot of fun. The most rewarding thing for me is having a client see results either physically, mentally, or in their athletic field. I'm a strong believer that everyone can benefit from Pilates and I cannot wait to share my passion with you in the new Athleto studio space at 261 Danbury Rd in Wilton, CT.
I've been practicing Pilates for nearly 20 years. I received my mat certification in 2008 while working at an Investment Bank and continued my apparatus certification after I had my children (along with workshops in athletic sports conditioning, pre/post natal.) I taught in Greenwich, CT & Rowayton, CT until I started my studio in Wilton, CT where I reside with my two boys, Kellan & Lucas. It is a dream come true to open a studio in Wilton, the town we call home.

She incorporates the original method of “Contrology” within her teaching. Along with breath and mind-body connection.
Her goal, like the method, is to help return the body to its natural state of being.
