
Audrey
Audrey has completed 450 hours of Comprehensive Pilates Training and teaches all levels on all apparatus. She is passionate about sharing the method with others and helping clients build strength, alignment, and confidence through intentional movement. Audrey was drawn to Pilates for its ability to create balance and control in both body and mind. She believes in its power to transform—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Her teaching emphasizes precision, flow, and connection to breath. Audrey brings a supportive and energizing presence to both private sessions and group classes. Her goal is to help each client move with more ease, awareness, and joy—both inside the studio and in everyday life.
